ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-06-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 24.11.2003 passed by the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Criminal Appeal No. 46/38 of 1995/2001, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 19.04.1995 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua in G.R. No. 940 of 1991 (Tr. No. 129 of 1995), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 147, 323, 341 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for eight months, six months, one month and one year respectively.

It appears that the present revision was admittedly on the point of hearing.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.94 of 2004 dt.26-06-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
