This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 143, 448, 341 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 4, Arjun Thakur, alleged caused injury with dabia at the head of the wife of the informant. Submission of the petitioners is that simple injury was found by the doctor.

Considering the fact that petitioner, Arjun Thakur, had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Considering the general and omni bus allegation other petitioners, namely, Prakash Thakur @ Prakash Kumar, Sanjay Thakur, Dharmendra Thakur, Suken @ Manohar Thakur and Sushma Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 218 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sri R.P. Mishra, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Saharsa, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
