The petitioner is said to have touched the private part of a girl aged about 8 years, for which he happens to be under custody since 13.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner Guddu Wosta is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016, subject to the condition that till examination of victim, the petitioner neither allure nor coerce nay threat the prosecution party, otherwise, the learned lower court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52435 of 2016 (3) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond.
