Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018 (G.R. 1312 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 341, 323, 353, and 332/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against petitioner is recovery of 13 bottles containing 375 ml each and 30 bottles containing 180 each of foreign liquor from his possession.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67907 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 custody since 12.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1312 of 2018).
