====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 291 0f 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was the witness of the sale deed and by that sale deed, the informant was duped.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the executant of the sale deed, namely, Ratnawali Devi and Shailratna Singh @ Pinki, have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21034 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 291 0f 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
