The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C. The report of the trial Judge would reveal that the case is fixed for final judgment.

Hence, I am not inclined to review the earlier order of refusal of prayer for bail to the petitioner dated 19.06.2017. Accordingly, this petition filed in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 stands dismissed.
