2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 07.07.2022 passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms in Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.5368 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 Dispute Redressal Case No. 94 of 2021-22.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection that there is provision under Section 15 of the The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) for execution of the same.

4. In this background, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to avail remedy under Section 15 of the The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) within 4 weeks' from the date of production of the order.
