1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioner above named prays before this Hon'ble Court to issue a writ in the nature of CERTIORARI/MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or order or direction to National Thermal Power Corporation [Here in after stated as NTPC] Authorities respondent no. 1 & 2 to provide employment / appointment/service, under the rehabilitation policy as has been framed by Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in AIR 1992 SC 920, in National Thermal Power Corporation to the wards of petitioners who became landless /
Patna High Court CWJC No.22279 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 displaced Awardees due to the land acquisition for Super Thermal Power Project Barh Patna."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
