ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 16.2.2004 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Criminal Appeal No.13 of 1999, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioner passed on 25.5.1999 by the S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in G.R. case No.289 of 1993 (Trial No.99 of 1999) and maintained the sentence of 2 years R.I.
Having gone through the impugned judgment, I am unable to find any error of law. However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioner as also the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
