2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 137(2), 87, 96, 351(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., lodged on 05.06.2025 by the informant XX.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the minor daughter abducted by the petitioner when she went to the school. Later, they received information on phone to let him marry the daughter, else they will be killed. Accordingly,

4. In this case, the case diary was called for which is now on record.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the girl in her 183 B.N.S.S. statement has supported the prosecution story and further, process has also been issued against the petitioner. Last submission is that the co-accused Rajeshwar Prasad Kushwaha has been denied relief in Cr. Misc. No.6425 of 2026.

6. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the statement of the victim girl and the process has been already initiated, in that background, no relief can be extended to the petitioner.
