ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21st May, 2004 passed in Cr. Appeal No.08 of 2002 by Fast Track Court III, Khagaria, affirming the judgment dated 19th March, 2002, passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in G.R.No.674 of 2000/Tr. No.1135 of 2001. Having gone through the judgment impugned, I am unable to find any irregularity in the same.

However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, sentence of the appellants is reduced to one already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in the sentence, the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.377 of 2004 dt.06-07-2015 2/2 application is dismissed.
