Permission is accorded.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
However, if any application is filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of any relief, then the authority concerned shall take into consideration the judicial pronouncement made by a Division Bench of this Court on 22.03.2010 passed in L.P.A.
