In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 405 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On the statement of the wife of the deceased, the first information report has been instituted where she has shown suspicion of involvement of these petitioners. The body of the deceased was recovered from a pond.

The Doctor has done the post mortem examination of the deceased and recovered 100 ml. pasty undigested food from the stomach and that was giving the smell of Alcohol and so much

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39285 of 2016 (3) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 so that the Police has submitted the Final Form. In such view of the matter, let the petitioners (1) Anil Ram and (2) Birju Ram, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-JudgeV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
