ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 17.02.2004 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua, in Cr. Appeal No.35/68 of 1996/2001 arising out of the judgment of conviction dated 31.01.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhabua, in G.R. Case No.1100 of 1985/Trial No.48 of 1996.
Having considered the impugned judgment, I do not find any merit in the application.
However, sentence of the Petitioners is reduced to one already undergone by them.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.405 of 2004 dt.06-07-2015 2/2 With the modification in sentence, the application is dismissed.
