The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on the basis confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within
