JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.271 of 2020 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering that the recovery of 176.73 liters foreign liquor has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and the same is shown to have been recovered from a house in the front of his house as also that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.03.2020, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad in
