Petitioner is accused in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.831 of 2019 registered under Sections 412, 413, 414, 467, 468, 472, 471/34 of the I.P.C. and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected vide orders dated 02.07.2020 and 03.11.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No.17466 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.63201 of 2021 respectively. The fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
