ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 28.02.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Patna in Criminal Appeal No. 06 of 1998, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 11.12.1997 passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate, C.B.I. Patna in R.C. No. 1 of 1987 (Tr. No. 5 of 1997), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 120B, 420, 446 and 471 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for one year and six months under each count.

It has been submitted that even if the petitioners were sentenced to undergo for a period of one

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any merit in the application. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
