No. 15333 of 2010 and other analogous cases, stayed the letter dated 4th of May, 2010 in view of the fact that these matters are being considered in C.W.J.C. No. 10844 of 2010 and other analogous cases. The order passed was that the order passed by the Court on 3rd of November, 2010 will be subject to final orders that may be passed in the aforesaid cases.

In C.W.J.C. No. 10844 of 2010 and other analogous cases, this Court on 18th of March, 2013 has constituted One Man Committee presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.N. Jha (Retired) to determine the qualifying period of service of each and every teacher.

Patna High Court MJC No.4446 of 2011 dt.20-02-2017 3/3 Liberty was given for listing of the cases after the exercise is completed by Justice Jha.

In view of the said fact, the present Contempt Petitions, which are subject to the decision of Prof. (Dr.) Krishna Mohan Prasad & Ors.'s case (supra), does not survive as the matter has been referred to a Committee to decide the question of qualifying service. The Contempt Petitions are, thus, disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioners to seek recourse to their remedies after the decision of the Committee in accordance with law.
