This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are family members of the informant. For trivial disputes they allegedly caused assault against the informant and his family members as well as attempted to outrage the modesty of the wife of the informant, when she came for rescue.
Submission is that no injury was found on any vital part of the body.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
