The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.150 of 2020, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

23 litres of country made liquor is recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for 31⁄2 months for recovery of 23 litres of country made liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Indu Devi @ Nathuniya Devi @ Nathuniya Wali is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
