2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No. 521 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 to which later on Sections 103, 61(2), 238, and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 was added.

3. As per the FIR, unknown criminals murdered the deceased.

4. On scientific investigation i.e., after analyzing the C.D.R. and call record, the petitioner was arrested. He has given a self-inculpatory statement also and disclosed the role of other persons. The vivid details of the crime committed by the petitioner and others have been given by the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21126 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2024.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
