JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 12-08-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Criminal Revision Nos. 494 of 2014 and 530 of 2014 in connection with Miscellaneous Case Nos. 29 of 2012 and 09 of 2013 arising out of Maintenance Case No. 79 of 1993 pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea.

Since both the criminal revision applications

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52196 of 2014 (02) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 were permitted to be withdrawn on the prayer of counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present modification application.

Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
