The petitioner, sole assailant of the deceased could not succeed in getting enlarged on bail at an earlier occasion in Cr.Misc. No. 402 of 2016, vide order dated 16.02.2016, subsequently, filed the instant petition on the ground that witnesses who ever been examined till the filing of the petition have turned hostile to the prosecution I do not feel convinced with the aforesaid submission. The prayer is rejected.
