Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 18.2.2022 (annexure 2). It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that charges has already been framed in the case on 15.9.2022. However, petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

Considering the progress of the trial and the custody of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions
