The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner and informant are neighbour and there is enmity from before and as per F.I.R there is allegation that petitioner has assaulted the informant on his head by means of farsa, however the injuries caused to the informant from the said blow, was found to be simple in nature. It has further been submitted that now the parties have also compromise the dispute outside the court.

No.8190 of 2017 (3) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation and also that the injuries caused on the person of informant was found to be simple in nature and there is enmity from before between the parties, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-14, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
