Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act. Vide order dated 16-05-2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and notice was issued upon the O.P. no.2 but the it could not be served upon the O.P. No.2 as she was not present in the house.

No.2 against the petitioner in the Court below and she was also not appearing in that case, therefore, the complaint filed u/s 125 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed by the learned court below itself. Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.05.2022, in connection with Madhubani Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No.75 of 2020 (CRI. Case No.2022/2020) is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
