The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 448, 504, 506, 325, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 76276 of 2018 on 20.12.2018.
