JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being elder brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after 22 years of marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. More over, the informant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Considering the death of victim after 22 years of

No.42938 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 marriage and the retracted version of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.104 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
