Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case o. 14 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 329, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that there is land dispute which led to the case and counter case. Learned counsel submits that from the Fard-beyan it is evident that no specific overt act is alleged against any of the petitioners. The allegations are omnibus character.

No.71047 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case on account of land dispute and there is no specific overt act levelled against any of the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
