2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is allegation of demand of dowry, torture and murder against the petitioner also. The deceased was married to the son of the petitioner before 8 years of the date of occurrence and she was killed by the family members including the petitioner.

4. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24120 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 petitioner was withdrawn on 31.08.2024 by learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. This application stands dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks, failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
