The petitioner seeks regular bail in Chausa P.S. Case No. 245/2018 (Excise Case No. 1238/2018), registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 62 litres of illicit Mahua wine was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
