The learned counsel for the appellant has not filed affidavit stating jointness of the sole respondent with her father though for that sufficient time has already been granted. No one is present on behalf of the appellant. On 08.12.2017 also no one was present on behalf of the appellant and by way of last chance one week time was allowed but today also no one is present on behalf of the appellant. It reveals that the appellant has lost interest in this appeal resulting no one is turning up.

In the result, this appeal is hereby dismissed in default.
