Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.06.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but the name of petitioner was disclosed by two apprehended co-accused and the aforesaid fact goes to show that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (
