The applicant is aged about 63 years as disclosed in the Aadhar Card. It is alleged that the applicant was also a member of the same unlawful assembly in which the role of main assailant has been ascribed to Shekhar @ Chandra Shekhar who is said to have fired with the pistol. The role of the applicant, therefore, on that score is distinguishable from that of the main assailant. Consequently, the applicant is entitled for bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak P.S.
