The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, recovery has been made from the Additional Primary Health Centre and it is alleged that same belongs to the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in four more cases of Excise Act. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
