The petitioner is accused in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 386 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 29.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17777 of 2016 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52614 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2017 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.
