ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 26.2.2004 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions judge, Munger, in Criminal Appeal No. 123 of 2005.
On going through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any perversity or irregularity and, hence, the revision application is dismissed. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the period of sentence is modified to one already undergone by them.
