Petitioner seeks bail in Sirdalla P.S. Case No.300 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 40 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid house is joint house.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
