The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute. The doctor has found abrasion on right hand and right finger of the injured. From the written report it appears that there is specific allegation against Bira Patel of giving Farsa blow on the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest within six weeks from today, in connection with Inerwa P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
