2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, 15 F.I.R. named accused persons and 10 unknown accused persons including these petitioners attacked the Baarat and assaulted the informant and his son. Later on, when the informant searched for his handicapped son, he could not find him and the police were informed. Thereafter, dead body of handicapped son of the informant was found in the river. It is alleged that all the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. The allegations as levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus. He next submits that no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Considering the general and omnibus allegation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P. S. Case No. 373 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
