JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 385 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant received SMS of threatening of dire consequence from mobile no. 9334418981. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged mobile number is registered in the name of one Md. Rukashan Khatoon and from his mobile no such message was transmitted.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, preferably on the same day, if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.Case no. 85/2013 pending in the Court of learned
