Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in compliance of order dated 08.01.2024 passed in CWJC No. 16103 of 2023, the District Magistrate has passed a reasoned order dated 18.04.2024 in Misc. Record No. 98/23-24 and seeks liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
