The petitioner is accused in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 registered under sections 363, 120(B), 366(A), 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani.

Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 11.04.2018 vide Cr. Misc. 13812 of 2018 with direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months. The report, as called for from the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, shows that the trial is in progress and may be concluded within a period of four months. Considering the above facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23978 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months from today. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
