A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Lalit Narain Mithila University in which details of payment of admissible dues to the petitioners with regard to their late father have been mentioned.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to represent before the Registrar of the University if anything further remains to be paid. If such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today along with a copy of this order,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19575 of 2010 (7) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks of filing of such representation.
