Petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, is pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya. In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner fired thrice on husband of the informant causing injury in his chest, shoulder and stomach on account of which he died. The further statement of informant has been recorded in paragraph 3 of case diary, wherein, she has levelled specific allegation against the petitioner The postmortem report is available in the case diary wherein doctor has found several firearm injuries on the person

This Court, therefore, is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months, if no substantive progress is made in the trial.
