Patna High Court C.R. No.29 of 2014 dt.25-10-2016 Heard Mr. Ashutosh Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

By the impugned order dated 21.12.2013, it transpires that the learned court below has directed for keeping the report submitted by the Nazir with regard to the delivery of possession and further allowed the prayer of the Nazir for accepting the cost of measurement. This Court is of the opinion that by the impugned order no case has been decided and the petitioner cannot be said to be aggrieved in any manner by the impugned order.
