The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The impugned order would reveal that the learned Sessions Judge did not find any serious injury, on the basis of injury report, said to have caused by the petitioners. However, the impugned order does not reveal the reason for refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. No.21132 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Uchkagaon Police Station Case No. 319 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
