2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3 . It is alleged that 130 liters country made liquor, 2 gas cylinders, utensils and drum were recovered from house petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature . 6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of 1st Excise special Excise Court Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P. S. Case No. 408 of 2024 .
