This modification application has been filed for modification in the name of Police Station, as in place of Baisi P.S. Case No. 189/2018, it has been wrongly typed as Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 in last paragraph of order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64008 of 2018. It has been submitted that petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64008 of 2018 but could not released on bail as there is a difference in name of Police Station in the impugned order which is crept in due to mistake committed in prayer portion

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70068 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 of the bail petition.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 be read as Baisi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018 typed in the last paragraph of order dated 31.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64008 of 2018. The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
